We want you to be 100% happy with our services. This Refund Policy explains how and when you can cancel or request a refund for each of our four brands: Digital Hot Leads (DHL), Fast Hot Leads (FHL), Premium Hot Leads (PHL) and My Auto Local (MAL).

Digital Hot Leads (DHL)

At Digital Hot Leads (DHL), we power the billing and service systems behind our specialized brands: Fast Hot Leads (FHL), Premium Hot Leads (PHL), and My Auto Local (MAL).

All payments are processed through Digital Hot Leads; however, refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms and conditions of each brand. Digital Hot Leads itself acts solely as the payment engine and service facilitator — refund requests must align with the policies of the brand you have engaged.

Fast Hot Leads (FHL)

Refunds:
Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • 100% Money-Back Guarantee if no leads are delivered during your active campaign period.
  • Full refund if work has not commenced at the time of your refund request. (Work includes campaign planning, strategic research, setup, or any preparation activities, which typically begin within 24 hours of receiving full payment.)
  • No refunds will be issued once the prepaid campaign period has started, regardless of whether full lead delivery has occurred yet.
Premium Hot Leads (PHL)

Refunds:
Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • 100% Money-Back Guarantee if no leads are delivered during your active campaign period.
  • Full refund if work has not commenced at the time of your refund request. (Work includes campaign planning, strategic research, setup, or any preparation activities, which typically begin within 24 hours of receiving full payment.)
  • No refunds will be issued once the prepaid campaign period has started, regardless of whether full lead delivery has occurred yet.

Contracts:
While Premium Hot Leads generally operates on a no-contract, prepaid campaign basis, we may offer formal service agreements for longer-term clients, advanced strategies, or complex project requirements.

If a separate contract is agreed to by both parties, the terms of that contract — including cancellation and refund conditions — will override the general terms outlined here.

All contracts are assessed and offered on a case-by-case basis.

My Auto Local (MAL)

Refunds:
Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Cancel Anytime – You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • No Refunds – We do not issue refunds for MAL once payment is made.
  • Continued Access – After cancellation, you retain full access to the course materials until the end of your current paid period.
  • Reactivation – You will not be billed again unless you choose to reactivate your account.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Send an email to support@digitalhotleads.com (or your brand-specific support address) with:

  • Your name & account email.
  • Invoice or order number.
  • Brief reason for your request.

We’ll acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
